Assignment for 4 large retail units in Gioia 20 I Portali in the heart of Porta Nuova

We were commissioned by COIMA to market 4 retail units of different and large sizes, for a total of approximately two thousand m2, inside the Gioia 20 I Portali building.

The units entrusted to us with a co-agency assignment in via Melchiorre Gioia 20, on the corner with via Pirelli, are all characterized by high ceilings that house mezzanines, the provision for the chimney and, outside, the dehors areas.

The location is unique: strategic for connections, visibility thanks to the high vehicular flow and accessibility. The proximity to Isola and Centrale and the pedestrian streets Corso Como and Gae Aulenti also guarantee a constant and growing influx of professionals and visitors.

Gioia 20 The Portals in the innovative and sustainable hub Portanuova

The iconic Gioia 20 I Portali building is located in the Portanuova district, an innovation and sustainability hub developed by COIMA; the architectural project is by ACPV and boasts LEED Platinum and WELL Gold certifications for sustainability.

Portanuova is the largest urban regeneration project in a European city that has created cascading benefits and positive impacts, not only for the district but for the entire city. It has revitalized more than one million m2 by integrating residences with offices, shops, green and cultural spaces.
