Ditta Artigianale’s specialty coffee debuts in Milan on Corso Magenta

With our consultancy we brought Ditta Artigianale, the most important artisanal roaster of specialty coffee in Italy, from Florence to Milan.

It has just opened in the busiest intersection of Corso Magenta, at number 31, on the corner with Via Vincenzo Monti. The area is well served by the station and subway and is characterized by offices and professional studios. Therefore, it is the perfect location to ensure a large attendance, not only for breakfast, but also for lunch breaks and aperitifs at the end of the day.

The location of Ditta Artigianale in Milan

The place is very large, 200 square meters, the ceilings are high, typical of the Liberty style, as are the 7 large and bright wrought iron windows that guarantee visibility from the outside. The location is characterized by a very long counter and a corner dedicated to cocktails.

The proposal of Ditta Artigianale

Founded by Francesco Sanapo, an award-winning barista and world-famous roaster, together with Patrick Hoffer, Ditta Artigianale thus debuts in Milan, with already 6 cafés in Florence. Also in Corso Magenta 31 the proposal is not only exceptional coffee, but also excellent breakfasts, brunches, lunches and aperitifs.

For Italy Fudosan is the third operation in the food sector in Corso Magenta in just one year. Trust our experience to identify the ideal space to bring your projects to life.
