Piccolo PAN opens in Milan, a bakery to go with a large laboratory

The second 200 m2 location of the iconic PAN bakery has opened with our support. The new format is called Piccolo PAN: a “bakery to go” with a large production laboratory, to expand the B2B business. The new location is in the characteristic triangular building with 10 windows in via Ausonio 23, in the Sant’Agostino area.

The proposal of Piccolo PAN Milano 

In the store you can buy delicious leavened baked goods, sweet and savory – produced and baked in the laboratory -, to accompany with coffee and matcha tea.

The undisputed star is shokupan, a very soft sandwich bread typical of Japanese baking.
