The new location of the Eduardo Secci gallery in Milan: 250 ㎡ in via Olmetto
Italia Fudosan Real Estate loves and supports art, so we are particularly proud to have identified the perfect functional spaces in Milan for the prestigious Florentine gallery Eduardo Secci, already present in the city since 2021 in the Magenta district.
With the new opening in via Olmetto 1, two rooms for a total of 250 ㎡ on the ground floor in an elegant building in the centre, the gallery broadens its horizons towards new national and international projects of modern and contemporary art.
The decision to open this new location in Milan, which becomes Secci’s main Milan office, stems from the need to have a space to dedicate to the new exhibition program, as stated on the website www.eduardosecci.com.
The corner in via Olmetto is characterized by large windows overlooking an internal courtyard consisting of a portico with columns, coffered ceilings and an exposed brick arch. The parallel format of the gallery, entitled NOVO, is also located here, where works, projects and experiments by independent and emerging artists are exhibited.
«The area that we have identified for the Milanese branch of the Eduardo Secci gallery is important and prestigious on a historical level, as well as full of buildings and close to the Cinque Vie, and is strategic because it is increasingly devoted to art and design» explains Issei Komi, CEO and founder of Italia Fudosan Real Estate.
