Time & Style: the international brand lands in Italy with 550㎡ in Milan

The international furniture and contemporary design brand Time & Style, based in Japan, has opened its first showroom in Italy, in Milan, in the Brera district. In Europe, the brand was previously only present in Amsterdam, and in the world it is in Tokyo and Osaka.

Italia Fudosan Real Estate has identified the perfect Milanese location suited to the needs, in a 19th century neoclassical building: 500㎡ on the ground floor with vaulted ceilings and original period wooden floors. A space on one floor, not easy to find in the neighborhood.

There are three accesses to the showroom: from Largo Claudio Treves, a well-known address for those who love design, from via San Marco and from via Eugenio Balzan.

«We are very active in Brera, where we have closed numerous successful deals, especially for well-known design brands. Since 2020 we have been recording an expansion in the neighborhood precisely for the design and furniture sector, with the opening of new showrooms and flagship stores» explains Issei Komi, CEO and founder of Italia Fudosan Real Estate.

The new showroom displays furniture, room lighting solutions, design objects in solid wood, crockery and Japanese handcrafted ceramics. The brand’s furniture is created in the factory in Asahikawa, on the island of Hokkaido, where the use of woodworking machinery is reduced to a minimum to preserve the craftsmanship as much as possible.

The brand’s goal is to unite East and West – also by creating a hub and a point of reference for architects, designers, interior designers and clients –  in the artistic, trendy and refined district of Brera. To testify to the union, the collaboration with the Italian interior design brand Boffi | De Padova has been added since 2020 for the creation of new exclusive collections.
