With the inauguration of the Tribù flagship store, Felice Cavallotti street in Milan is a new point of reference for international design. In just a few months, three brands in the sector have opened in this short street in the center of Milan, occupying almost 40%.
First came the prestigious windows of the Italian outdoor design brand Ethimo, at number 8, then those of the French Roche Bobois, at 14, and now of the Belgian Tribù, at number 13.

The new windows in Cavallotti steet in Milan

All this thanks to the intuition of Italia Fudosan Real Estate, specialized in advisory for high-level retail and food brands.
«With these three operations we are expanding the area of the Durini Design District, in which Cavallotti street is inserted. We are giving a new face and a new destination to this road, short but strategic for international design brands, as it enjoys a privileged and accessible position. In 2024, in fact, it will also be served by the new M4 metro line with the San Babila stop» explains Issei Komi, founder and CEO of Italia Fudosan Real Estate.

Tribù, Belgian brand of outdoor design in Cavallotti street in Milan

As for the new important opening, the Tribù showroom has over 500 square meters divided over two levels and was inaugurated precisely on the occasion of Milan Design Week 2023.
The family-run Belgian brand was founded in 1966 and immediately produced luxury outdoor furniture, characterized by sobriety, elegance, comfort and durability of materials and fabrics.
Since 1992, illustrious designers have collaborated with the brand, signing its collections. In 1999 Tribù reached an important milestone: it was the first outdoor design company to exhibit at the Salone del Mobile in Milan and, over the years, it reached the markets of 70 countries.
